Work Location: 538 Jenny's Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring availability of finished goods in the warehouse in order to serve incoming local/export sales order. Monitors the status and level of stocks, processes receiving and issuance transactions through the inventory system, and coordinates with the Supply Chain Department regarding the production schedule of products to replenish stocks and serve sales orders.

II. Duties:

1. Monitors pending delivery receipts (DR) coming from Logistics-Transport and confirms availability of stocks.
2. Generates Order Picking List (OPL) and endorses it to stockman for picking and assembly
3. Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming items
4. Monitoring and Checking Daily Issuance Reports to make sure orders are served on time
5. Process daily CPQ orders, sub-inventory transfer, misc. issues and receipts, generate transfer orders from the MFG locator, receipt confirmation and put away of products in the Oracle system
6. Ensure posting of issuance and receiving reports daily.
7. Monitoring of stocks. especially those items with damage boxes. for shrink wrap, and leak to separate and transfer to ReQC for sorting.
8. Coordinate with the Transport Admin Specialist about delivery schedules, printing of DR, confirmation of stocks to deliver, if complete or out of stocks, and other related work and concerns
9. Coordinate with Logistics FG Supervisor & TL 2 about stocks that need to be transferred and other concerns encountered in daily activities.
10. Coordinate with MIS for editing of erroneously recorded details in the inventory system.
11. Review and update the pallet position and monitoring report and submit to the Logistics FG Supervisor.
12. Review of monthly count results and research and provide solutions to inventory variance/discrepancies in the inventory system if any.
13. Assist QA/QC during storage inspection in the building
14. Conduct a physical inventory report and forward it to the inventory specialist for verification.
15. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Observes GMP.

Job Specifications

• Education: College graduate; accounting units preferred.
• Experience: Background in warehousing.
• Training: Inventory control, warehousing procedures, GMP/SSOP.
• Physical demands & environment: Light physical work; exposure to warehouse hazards; works in warehouse and office settings.
• Equipment used: Computer and motorized pallet mover.
• Possibility of Shifting Schedule: different areas are vacant.
