Inventory Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsible for checking and verifying stock accuracy across all branches and warehouses. Ensures that system records match physical stock and reports any differences found.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct regular and surprise stock audits in all locations.

Compare system stock reports with actual physical counts.

Identify and report stock differences or missing items.

Coordinate with storekeepers and accounts team to resolve discrepancies.

Verify all stock movements — receiving, transfer, and sales entries.

Prepare and submit audit reports to management.

Support monthly and year-end stock-taking activities.

Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or stock auditing.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.

Willing to travel to different branches when required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
