INVENTORY ASSISTANT

STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES,INC. is looking for INVENTORY ASSISTANT to be assigned in MAMPLASAN BIÑAN CITY, LAGUNA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, etc.).
  Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Inventory Assistant role focuses primarily on inbounding, documentation, and support Demand Department by keeping records accurate and up to date to ensure seamless logistics, tracking, and forecasting.
• Handle movement logs, batch numbers, and product expiration dates, strictly maintaining safety and product rotation protocols.
• FIFO/LIFO Management to eliminate waste and expiration losses.
• Monitor and reconcile stock movements between warehouse and system transactions
• Assist with day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse processes
