Inventory Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support daily inventory operations, stock control, and warehouse activities. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or damaged items.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain stock-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and finance teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Assist with stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Support periodic physical inventory audits.
• Follow company procedures for food safety, hygiene, and stock handling.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG/foodservice.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE warehouse/inventory experience is an advantage.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
