Inventory Assistant

• Store Audits & Stock Verification: Visit retail stores/branches to perform regular physical stock audits, checking for discrepancies, damaged items, color issues, and barcode errors.
• Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to understand stock requirements, manage stock movement, and follow up on stock dispatch.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate daily/weekly inventory records using Microsoft Excel or internal software systems.
• Stock Inward & Outward: Inspect incoming and outgoing stock shipments for quality, quantity, and correct labeling/barcoding.
• Issue Reporting: Identify missing, damaged, or slow-moving stock and report issues promptly to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma, Intermediate, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in store inventory, retail, or warehouse management is a plus.
• Computer/System Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) or inventory management software is mandatory.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various store locations within the city as required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, basic math, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
