Job Overview

CARGO EXPRESS 876 LLC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support stock tracking, shipment verification, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate inventory records, organize products, and ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and organize inventory and shipments.
• Update stock records and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify and report shortages, damaged goods, and discrepancies.
• Verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area.
• Use inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel to update records.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
