Inventory Associate

Job Overview

Isala84 Transportation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with products, shipments, and inventory records.

The Inventory Associate will help receive, organize, count, and track products while keeping inventory information accurate and up to date. Training will be provided, and previous inventory or warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming products and shipments
• Count and verify products against orders and shipment records
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
• Label and organize products in designated storage areas
• Assist with routine inventory checks and cycle counts
• Update inventory information in company systems
• Pick and stage products for outgoing shipments when needed
• Identify missing, damaged, or misplaced items
• Report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate team member
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Monitor stock levels and help identify items that need replenishment
• Keep storage and warehouse areas clean and organized
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing products
• Communicate with warehouse and transportation team members regarding inventory needs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment tasks when required
• Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience is not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to accurately count and record products
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

About the Position

The Inventory Associate plays an important role in keeping products accurately counted, organized, and available for daily transportation and fulfillment activities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in gaining practical experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and logistics.

Pay: $22.20 - $23.20 per hour
