Inventory Associate

· Welcomes and greets clients who will enter the salon and delivers exceptional customer service assistance.

· Provides an overall welcoming environment.

· Assists, guides and offers the client a seat.

· Respond to client’s inquiries on but not limited to prices and services through call, text message and or in-person inquiry.

· Answers phone calls and list all appointments in accordance with SDR Service Appointment Protocol. SDR Protocol on service appointment is to get all information needed such as name, contact number, service to avail, time of appointment, and preferred operator, if applicable.

· Strictly maintains confidentiality of client’s personal information.

· Double checks services availed and products bought by the client through Sales Docket and or confirm service with the operator.

· Process payment. Receives payment (Cash or Credit Card or other online payment mode).

· Must give accurate change.

· Issue Receipt.

· Prepares deposit slips as needed.

· Performs daily cash count as needed.

Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
