Inventory Associate

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Associate to manage inventory control, warehouse operations, dispatch activities, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory reconciliation, stock audits, dispatch management, ERP systems, and advanced Excel reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock verification, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, proper stock stacking, bin management, and inventory traceability.
• Oversee warehouse space utilization, housekeeping, and 5S implementation.
• Coordinate B2B and B2C dispatch operations and courier partners.
• Prepare dispatch documentation, including invoices, E-Way Bills, packing lists, and PODs.
• Monitor courier SLAs, delayed shipments, RTOs, and logistics escalations.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Generate inventory, dispatch, and MIS reports using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Production, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
