Inventory Associate

About the Role

PMAD is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Inventory Associate to support warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, moving products throughout the facility, and operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Pick, stage, and move inventory to support production and shipping operations
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records
• Organize warehouse locations and ensure materials are properly labeled
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection-ready

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred

• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
• Manufacturing, food, nutraceutical, or consumer products industry experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment

This position works primarily in a manufacturing facility and requires standing for extended periods, handling materials, following sanitation and PPE requirements, and supporting production operations as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
