Inventory Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management & Control

• Receive, inspect, and record GPS devices, SIM cards, and accessories
• Maintain accurate system records of stock movement, issuance, and returns
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or anomalies
• Track device lifecycle from procurement to deployment, retrieval, and retirement

2. Device & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure GPS devices meet required certifications and regulatory standard
• Maintain records of permits, approvals, and technical documentation
• Monitor proper handling and documentation of SIM cards and telecom-related assets
• Ensure compliance with company policies on asset control and documentation

3. Procurement

• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify delivered items against purchase orders and ensure completeness and quality.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.

3. Supplier & Contract Documentation

• Maintain supplier files, contracts, warranties, and service agreements
• Track vendor compliance requirements and documentation validity
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager on non-compliance issues

4. Audit & Risk Support

• Prepare inventory and compliance documentation for internal and external audits
• Maintain audit trails for asset movement and supplier transactions
• Identify gaps or risks in inventory controls and recommend corrective actions

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Generate reports on stock levels, asset status, and compliance tracking
• Assist in improving inventory workflows and compliance processes
• Support implementation of stronger controls and documentation standards

6. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• At least 2–4 years experience in inventory, compliance, or supply chain operations
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with inventory systems and record-keeping processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of AI tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to telecom or data devices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
