Inventory Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to assist with inventory monitoring, documentation, stock verification, and related activities. The position may also require fieldwork as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming and outgoing stocks
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Perform fieldwork as required for inventory monitoring and verification
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents and reports
• Coordinate with relevant departments and site personnel regarding inventory concerns
• Ensure proper organization and documentation of inventory records
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned

About you

• Graduate of any Business-related course
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to perform fieldwork as required
