Inventory Associate – Seaside, Oregon, Cannon Beach Oregon, New locations coming in 2027.

Looking for a change of scenery? We are a locally operated retail and custom merchandise company located on the beautiful Oregon Coast, and we're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team in Seaside.

Previous inventory or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person and are primarily looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable with hands-on work, and capable of staying productive without constant supervision.

About the Position

Our Inventory Associates help keep merchandise organized and moving where it needs to go. This is an active, behind-the-scenes position that plays an important role in keeping our retail operations stocked and running efficiently.

The work can be repetitive and detail-oriented, so this position is a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys organization, routine, and the satisfaction of completing tasks accurately.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

● Receive and process incoming merchandise

● Sort, organize, and prepare products for use in our retail locations

● Count and verify merchandise for accuracy

● Fold, size, tag, and organize apparel and other products

● Prepare merchandise for distribution between company locations

● Maintain organized inventory and storage areas

● Assist with inventory counts and identifying discrepancies

● Move merchandise and supplies throughout inventory and storage areas

● Follow established inventory procedures and organizational systems

● Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or discrepancies to management

● Assist with other inventory-related projects as needed

● Can maintain accuracy even while completing routine work

● Is comfortable working independently

● Can maintain a consistent work pace without constant supervision

● Follows established procedures and organizational systems

● Is dependable and consistent in attendance and work habits

● Takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work

● Is comfortable being on their feet and physically active throughout much of the workday

● Can safely lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed

● Communicates clearly when they notice a mistake, discrepancy, or potential problem

● Is willing to learn and receptive to feedback

Experience with inventory, receiving, stocking, warehousing, fulfillment, retail merchandise, or similar work is a plus, but we encourage candidates without direct experience to apply.

Relocation assistance is available to qualifying new hires who currently reside 25 miles or more from Seaside, Oregon.

The type and amount of assistance offered may vary based on individual circumstances and will be discussed during the hiring process. Additional eligibility requirements and program details may apply.

Location: Seaside, Oregon
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Schedule: 32-45 hours
Employment Type: Full time and part time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
