Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate assists in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The role includes stock counting, reconciliation, documentation, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Monitoring and Recording

• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Update inventory records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist in checking stock availability and inventory levels.

2. Stock Counting and Reconciliation

• Participate in regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
• Assist in comparing physical counts with inventory records.
• Report discrepancies and support their investigation and resolution.

3. Value-Added Services (VAS) Support

• Assist in organizing workstations for bundling, labeling, and packaging.
• Check product labels, quantities, and packaging accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support timely completion of VAS activities.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Check and maintain inventory documents and stock movement records.
• Prepare basic inventory reports and stock updates.
• Assist in organizing supporting documents for warehouse-related expenses.

5. Warehouse Coordination and Safety

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock movements and deliveries.
• Assist in monitoring loading and unloading activities.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and report observed hazards.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior work experience is required.
• OJT or internship experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a warehouse environment.
