Inventory Associate

Job Summary

The Inventory Associate ensures accurate stock monitoring, cycle counting, and documentation. This role supports the target to maintain a 95% inventory accuracy rate and minimize shrinkage.

Detailed Job Description

Conducts stock counts, verifies product movement, records discrepancies, and assists with inventory system updates. Works closely with Merchandisers, Warehouse Specialists, and the Price Encoder.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and monitor stock movements between warehouse and store.
• Verifying/ recording of delivery receipts, and invoice.
• Perform routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Report variances and investigate root causes.
• Update system quantities and logs.
• Preparation of inventory report.

Qualifications

• SHS graduate or college level.
• Experience in inventory or warehouse work a plus.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
