What they need
Project Audit
-Conduct inventory/material audits per project.
-Review and gather data on receiving, issuance, returns, transfers, gate passes, and supporting documents.
-Identify excess, unused, damaged, or unaccounted materials and monitor the return of non-consumable materials to the warehouse.
-Prepare and report project audit findings, balances, discrepancies, and recommendations to the Supervisor.
Monthly Warehouse Audit
-Perform physical counting and reconciliation to identify and document inventory discrepancies.
-Monitor and verify the proper return of non-consumable materials to support the target 100% return to the warehouse.
-Prepare and report monthly audit findings and inventory status to the Supervisor.
Annual Warehouse Audit
-Assist/lead the annual physical inventory.
-Review inventory adjustments and unresolved discrepancies.
-Consolidate and report audit findings to the Supervisor for proper monitoring, documentation ang corrective action.
