About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an fresh graduate or experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in

Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP), Sabah.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular stock takes and inventory audits to ensure accurate record-keeping
2. Processing incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying quantities and documenting stock movements
3. Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring items are stored properly and accessible
4. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory levels and communicating with relevant stakeholders
5. Generating inventory reports and providing data analysis to support business decision-making
6. Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize inventory levels and workflow
7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Fresh Graduate or candidate that got experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehousing/logistics role
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management principles
7. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
8. Experienced in SAP and WMS System operation will be an added advantage
