Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily inventory records.
• Enter and update inventory information in our computer system.
• Use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and daily record keeping.
• Use Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and track data.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required.
• QuickBooks experience required.
• Ability to organize records and keep information up to date.
• Basic understanding of daily business transactions and expense tracking.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Language Skills:

• Vietnamese/ English language proficiency is preferred.

• The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with numbers and computer systems, and able to maintain accurate inventory and financial records on a daily basis.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
