On-site | 40 hours per week | Paid training

We are adding an Inventory Clerk to keep customer orders, stock information, and incoming deliveries accurate. This is a practical role combining computer-based recordkeeping with regular communication across the office and warehouse.

Your day-to-day work

• Enter inventory, order, and delivery information into company systems.
• Process customer orders and internal stock requests.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare pick lists, labels, and basic shipping documents.
• Update stock quantities, product locations, and inventory records.
• Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Assist with scheduled stock counts and inventory checks.
• Share accurate updates with customer service, office, and warehouse colleagues.

• Confidence using computers, spreadsheets, and digital records.
• A dependable approach to attendance and daily deadlines.
• Clear communication when information is missing or incorrect.
• The ability to stay focused while handling routine tasks.
• A willingness to learn inventory and order-processing systems.

Previous experience involving data entry, stock control, order processing, shipping, receiving, or warehouse administration is useful but not essential.
