Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, receiving and recording stocks, conducting physical inventory counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the proper organization and storage of supplies and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming stocks and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and maintain proper storage of stocks and materials.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required.
• Assist in the issuance and release of stocks to authorized personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Senior High School graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer applications is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Willing to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stocks when necessary.
• Must be willing to work and be assigned in Pililla, Rizal.
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
