INVENTORY CLERK ( SAP )

About the role

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk (SAP) to join our retail and consumer products team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations using the SAP system. Your work will be crucial to maintaining the integrity of our inventory data and supporting the smooth operation of our retail operations across our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Input and update inventory data into the SAP system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with SAP records to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organised storage areas, ensuring items are properly labelled, categorised, and easily accessible
• Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and write-offs in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and review inventory reports using SAP to monitor stock levels and identify trends
• Assist with the identification and management of obsolete or damaged inventory items
• Support the warehouse team in ensuring efficient stock rotation and proper handling of merchandise
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role within a retail or warehouse environment
• Proficiency in SAP system or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to accurately count, record, and verify inventory using barcode scanners and other inventory management tools
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or inventory management are advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
