Inventory Clerk/Assistant

• Issue D.O, Invoices.
• Assist counter sales issue SJO or SDO.
• Generate finish goods label in advance of production.
• Update consuming of raw material and receiving of finish goods into system.
• Compilation and Filing documents.
• Follow up invoices.
• Assist in preparing different reports such as inventory balance, summary report for receiving of finish goods.
• To execute any other duties assigned by the superior.
• Assist weighbridge when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM or Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in inventory or warehouse operations and basic inventory software is an added advantage.
