INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST - WAREHOUSE

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer orders are fully fulfilled and shipped correctly.

• Ensure efficient picking and shipping processes are done.

• Ensures on-time delivery to maintain customer satisfaction that items are delivered within the promised timeframe.

• Ensure the accuracy of picking items for orders by providing dispatch reports or loading guides to make sure all finished goods are picked correctly.

• Ensures that the correct finished goods are dispatched, reducing cancellation of orders and customer complaints.

• Ensures accurate stock levels. Seek approval for decision making to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

• Monitors turnover rate highlighting FIFO/FEFO, slow-moving, non-moving or obsolete materials/items.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of food-grade warehouse systems and ERP software.
  • Proven expertise in HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.
