Inventory Control Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
• Receive, verify, and securely store all incoming jewellery shipments.
• Process internal stock transfers and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.
• Monitor stock levels daily and proactively report any discrepancies or variances.
• Update ERP and inventory systems accurately to reflect real-time stock movements.
• Adhere strictly to all security protocols for the handling and storage of high-value items.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Responsible and careful approach to handling delicate jewellery items.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
