Inventory Control Assistant

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for the accuracy of the inventory movement records in the system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely receiving of all the incoming delivery in the system
• Accounts the store to store transfer
• Accounts the completeness of pending and release Return to Vendor (RTV) document
• Checks accurate documentation of RTV releases and bad order (BO) disposal
• Safekeep and secure back end stamps
• Ensure timely submission of documents and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Computer Application
• 6 months of work experience in clerical work like data entry and inventory is an advantage
• Open for fresh graduates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malolos, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Elementary/ Primary school (Preferred)
