Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to manage and maintain inventory accuracy across our operations. The role involves stock monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with warehouse and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements.
• Maintain accurate SKU, batch, and expiry-wise inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor damaged, returned, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Support inventory audits and process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse/supply chain, preferably FMCG.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
