Duties

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 and SAP.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize inventory replenishment strategies, leveraging data mining and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Nielsen.
• Manage logistics inventory processes including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and 3PL coordination.
• Analyze inventory data through Excel data analysis, supply chain analytics, and financial modeling to support demand planning and category management.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among merchandising, production planning, and warehouse operations to streamline stocking procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing materials management workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong data collection skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems such as AS400 or SAP.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, process improvement, and logistics inventory management.
• Knowledge of procurement practices, sourcing strategies, contracts management, and supplier relations.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; familiarity with materials handling equipment like forklifts is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis, pricing strategies, demand planning, and technical proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced warehouse environments.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
