Key Responsibilities
- Stock Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels between the system and warehouse physical reality.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, report, and resolve inventory variances, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Data Management: Ensure all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments) are accurately recorded in the inventory management or ERP system.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports regarding inventory turnover, aging stock, and stock accuracy rates.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse operations, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock thresholds and prevent overstocking.
