Inventory Control Coordinator

We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help manage, track, and resolve inventory issues across our operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys figuring out why things don’t match—and fixing it.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory
• Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports
• Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
• Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders
• Follow all company procedures and compliance standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or data-related experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
• Background in medical device or healthcare industry

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
