Inventory Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join the team .This is a full-time position based in Norzagaray, Bulacan. As Inventory Control Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company standards. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating with warehouse teams, and implementing systems to optimise inventory processes. This position is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities and directly impacts our ability to serve customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual stock levels
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimising working capital
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Train, supervise and mentor warehouse staff on proper inventory handling and documentation practices
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics teams to forecast inventory requirements and plan for future demand
• Identify and investigate inventory variances, implementing corrective actions to minimise losses and shrinkage
• Generate regular inventory reports and analytics for management review and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility
• Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, transactions and audits

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or a related field
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software and related technologies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and motivate warehouse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Relevant certifications in inventory management, supply chain or warehousing operations are advantageous
