Inventory Control Manager (E-commerce)

The eDC Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce Distribution Center (eDC), ensuring efficient order fulfillment, warehouse management, and inventory operations to support the company's business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Warehouse Operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer orders.
• Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, and overall O+O business performance.
• Drive warehouse and fulfillment KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order cycle time, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop teams by providing effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture.
• Identify and implement process improvement and cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or supply chain operations, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, and KPI performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, and FMCG, operations is highly preferred.
