What they need
Supports the Inventory Control Manager in maintaining accurate inventory records and effective stock controls across retail operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movements
- Conduct stock counts and investigate variances
- Track inventory adjustments and transfers
- Identify slow-moving and damaged items
- Support loss prevention and inventory controls
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and operations
- Prepare basic inventory reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy ; CPA is a plus
- At least 2 years of inventory control or retail experience
- Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and inventory systems
- Willing to conduct field work including store and warehouse visits
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
- Monday-Friday (On-site)
- 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm
- Office Location: Bagumbayan Libis QC, near Eastwood.
