What they need
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
► Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
► Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
► Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
► Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
► Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excesses.
► Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
► Support inventory reporting and documentation for internal and external audits.
► Recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
► Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and usage patterns.
► Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
► At least college graduate.
► With at least 5 years work experience in warehousing for woodworks
► With a strong background in the warehouse operation particularly in storage, inventory control, inbound and outbound activities.
