Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and organised Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse procedures, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Receive, check and process inbound deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all incoming stock is correctly scanned, recorded and stored.
• Carry out regular stock checks and assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Use POS and stock management/scanning systems confidently.
• Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom/warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure stock is available when required.
• Follow company procedures relating to stock control, receiving and inventory management.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the stockroom.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in inventory control, stock management or warehouse operations.
• Has a good understanding of inbound delivery and receiving procedures.
• Is confident using POS, barcode scanning and inventory management systems.
• Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Is able to work effectively as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently and using their own initiative.
• Is reliable, proactive and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
• Can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good communication skills and a professional approach.

Previous experience in a luxury retail, retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous.
