Inventory Control Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory data accuracy and system integration between ERP and WMS.
• Monitor and trace stock movements within the warehouse through the WMS system.
• Coordinate with relevant teams when stock discrepancies or inventory issues are identified.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and annual stock opname.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory counts and warehouse stock movements.
• Work with procurement and logistics partners to support supply chain operations.
• Provide inventory and product movement data for external audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, and 5R standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience in the medical device industry, or 3 years in a relevant industry.
• Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and general supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using WMS and understanding system integration is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English at a professional working level.
• Knowledge of regulations related to the medical device industry is an advantage.
