Inventory Control Staff - E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily stock levels for all SKUs across marketplace platforms and internal systems (Odoo/Jubelio).
2. Maintain stock accuracy between ERP systems and marketplace channels.
3. Perform stock adjustments and reconciliation when discrepancies occur.
4. Manage minimum stock and safety stock levels for each SKU.
5. Update and synchronize stock across marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli).
6. Prepare stock forecasts based on historical sales data and campaign plans, and provide reorder recommendations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management (fresh graduates are welcome).
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
5. Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo, Jubelio, or similar) is an advantage.
6. Well-organized, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
