Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity across warehouse operations
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate inventory records in NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Plan and oversee cycle count, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory activities while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Develop and monitor inventory KPIs, operational reports, and dashboards to support inventory visibility and data-driven decision-making
• Analyze inventory performance, identify root causes of inventory variances, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead inventory process improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Customer Service, and 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
• Develop, maintain, and enforce inventory control SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop Inventory Control team members through training, performance management, and continuous development
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and food safety requirements where applicable

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting, inventory analysis, and operational performance monitoring
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP; Power Query is an advantage)
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Self-motivated with a strong self-learning mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and business processes
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset
