Inventory Controlle

Role Description The Inventory Controller at AFG Assurances Bénin Vie will oversee day-to-day inventory activities, ensuring accurate tracking of insurance-related materials, supplies, and documentation across multiple locations. This part-time, remote role includes monitoring stock levels, reconciling physical inventory with system records, and investigating discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams. The Inventory Controller will update inventory databases, prepare regular reports for management, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce loss. The role also involves coordinating with departments and external partners to align inventory needs with operational requirements while maintaining clear documentation and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using spreadsheets and inventory software, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage part-time remote responsibilities.
• Candidates should possess relevant experience in inventory or operations roles; experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; additional training or education in logistics, administration, or related fields is beneficial.
