Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for a Stock Controller at Glitch Cafe in Abu Dhabi. The Stock Controller will be responsible for stock control, stock management, inventory control, and utilizing analytical skills for effective inventory management. The role also involves communication with internal teams to ensure accurate stock levels.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Restaurant inventory & Cost control roles, preferably in a similar capacity.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all branches.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile stock with system records.
• Compare supplier prices and ensure purchases are made at competitive rates.
• Check delivered items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and condition.
• Record all purchases, stock receipts, transfers, wastage, and adjustments accurately.
• Monitor stock shortages, excess stock, damaged and expired items.
• Ensure FIFO and proper stock storage procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with branches regarding daily and weekly stock requirements.
• Monitor purchasing costs and identify opportunities to reduce wastage and expenses.
• Ensure all purchases have proper approvals and supporting invoices.
• Report stock variances, purchasing issues, and supplier problems to management.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and stock reports.
• Prevent unauthorized purchases and removal of company stock.
• Perform other inventory and purchasing duties assigned by management.

Fluency in English is required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
