Inventory Controller assistant

Universal Telecom FZCO is looking for an Inventory Controller Assistant to support our inventory and warehouse operations.

We are especially interested in candidates with previous experience working in a mobile phone refurbishment, repair, or electronics refurbishment company. Candidates with this background will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Controller with daily inventory and warehouse operations.
• Receive, count, check, and organize raw stock, including mobile phones, spare parts, and electronic devices.
• Maintain accurate records of raw stock and other inventory.
• Assist with stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Check the quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing items.
• Label and organize mobile phones, spare parts, and accessories.
• Help identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Track devices from raw stock through the refurbishment process.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of device and parts movements.
• Keep the stock and warehouse areas organized and clean.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock-related work is preferred.
• Experience in a mobile phone refurbishment or repair company is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile phones, spare parts, and electronic devices is an advantage.
• knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computers is required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
