Inventory Controller Assistant

About the Role:
Biyaya Animal Care is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Inventory Controller to support the Finance and Accounting Department. This role is responsible for recording stock movements, dispensing supplies, and ensuring compliance with documentation and control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase Requests (PRs) based on stock levels, reorder points, and actual consumption
• Dispense medical and pharmaceutical supplies upon presentation of approved Doctor Order Forms (DOFs)
• Record all issuances, returns, and consumptions in SeriousMD (SMD) before the end of each shift
• Conduct end-of-shift reconciliation and submit reports to the Inventory Controller
• Monitor expiry dates and physical condition of all medical and pharmaceutical stocks
• Segregate, label, and record expired or damaged items
• Assist in monthly and year-end physical inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records for audit purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with inventory systems (SeriousMD experience is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and accountability

Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 8-hour shift

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per hour
