Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory records across our operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, receiving and issuing materials/products, conducting stock counts, reconciling inventory records, and ensuring smooth availability of required items for daily operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, procurement, branch, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for products, materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Receive incoming items and verify quantities, specifications, and supporting documents.
• Record all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the inventory system.
• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure materials and products are properly labelled, organized, and stored.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight items requiring replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimize damage and loss.
• Coordinate stock transfers between branches or operational locations when required.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Support periodic stock audits and internal inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic inventory area.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and stock management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory control, stock control, warehouse, or store operations.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience handling spare parts, technical products, electronics, accessories, tools, or repair-related inventory will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inventory-related tasks.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
