What they need
- Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements.
- Ensure inbound, outbound, transfer, return, and adjustment transactions are properly recorded.
- Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and physical inventory counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory against ERP/WMS records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify their root causes.
- Verify SKU, quantity, storage location, and other inventory information.
- Prepare and process inventory adjustment requests with proper approvals.
- Monitor damaged, missing, slow-moving, and other exceptional inventory.
- Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, and After-Sales teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and audit records.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Recommend improvements to reduce inventory discrepancies and losses.
