Job Title: Inventory Controller
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Job Purpose

To maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, control the movement of materials and products, and ensure that inventory is properly stored, counted, and available when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and finance departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and report accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
• Support stock audits and provide the required documentation and records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory-related information.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Compliance with inventory control procedures.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
