𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Send update of RM inventory
Create PR (local)
a. Create PR form from LP site
b. Fill up the PR slip, check the data required (last PO date, average consumption, soh, remarks). Be sure to
fill up all necessary information required.
c. Seek approval

Factory Supplies Invty Control
Checking of stocks below critical level
a. Verifying the items that reached critical level data given by from Factory Supplies

Checking actual
a. Coordinate with warehouse if we have enough stocks

Create PR (local)

c. Seek approval

Check incoming
a. Check with receipt if Pred items were received
b. Follow-up with LP as needed

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Preferably an Engineering graduate or any 4 year course
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
• Must be proficient with excel
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to to handle pressure
