Inventory Controller

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day inventory and material control, including receiving, issuing, transferring, recording, and reconciling materials to ensure accurate stock levels and proper store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily material receiving, inspection, and recording.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Issue materials to projects, sites, departments, and authorized personnel.
• Record and monitor material transfers between stores/sites.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight replenishment requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Stores, and Accounts regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials.
• Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports.
• Support periodic stock audits and ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Maintain proper control over damaged, obsolete, or returned materials.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory/store/material control.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, joinery, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Good Excel and inventory-recording skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage day-to-day stock movements.
• Immediate/short-notice availability preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
