Inventory Controller

• Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements.
• Ensure inbound, outbound, transfer, return, and adjustment transactions are properly recorded.
• Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and physical inventory counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory against ERP/WMS records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify their root causes.
• Verify SKU, quantity, storage location, and other inventory information.
• Prepare and process inventory adjustment requests with proper approvals.
• Monitor damaged, missing, slow-moving, and other exceptional inventory.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, and After-Sales teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and audit records.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Recommend improvements to reduce inventory discrepancies and losses.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
