WE ARE HIRING – INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Choco Palace Chocolate Factory LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our growing team.

Position: Inventory Controller

Location: Ajman Industrial Area 2, Ajman, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 per monthEmployment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily inventory levels
• Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/system
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
• Track raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchase and Accounts departments
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
• Monitor stock movement, wastage, damaged and expired items
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
• Maintain accurate documentation for all stock transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Controller / Stock Controller / Inventory Officer
• Experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Chocolate Factory will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Experience with ERP/software systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
