We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory records and proper stock control. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that physical inventory matches system records and that inventory movements are properly monitored and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records in the company system.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results with system records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and excesses.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with concerned departments regarding replenishment needs.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation of stock movements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting regarding inventory concerns.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
• Monitor inventory usage and identify potential losses, damages, or variances.
• Assist in implementing proper inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• With experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience using ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle inventory records with confidentiality.
• Willing to conduct physical inventory counts and work closely with warehouse/production teams.

Work Schedule:

Fixed schedule Mondays - Saturdays
