Inventory Controller

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels. Track stock quantities and ensure adequate inventory is available.
• Conduct inventory counts. Perform regular physical counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Investigate discrepancies. Identify and resolve shortages, overages, damaged, or missing items.
• Maintain inventory records. Ensure all receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments are accurately recorded.
• Prepare inventory reports. Generate stock, variance, and inventory movement reports for management.

Requirements:

• With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and other related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and work full time on-site
